We only provide one-on-one personal training utilizing the best equipment available.

We train virtually anyone from beginners, including seniors and the disabled to professionals training for competition.

We give free evaluations and will address your individual diet and nutrition issues as part of your training.

All our equipment has been designed by Geno for comfort, safety, and for both pre and post rehabilitation. Our equipment has been customized to accommodate people of all heights from 4' 8" to 6' 8"

We also provide a private shower and changing room.
