“Best decision I ever made”
“I actually lived in the neighborhood around Geno’s gym and one day just decided to call him cold. It was the best decision I ever made. My goals were to lose a bit of weight, get into better shape and increase my endurance. Geno has helped me to achieve these goals by teaching me how to eat right to lose the weight, and support that with the proper amount of weight training and cardio. I do a lot of walking and stair climbing, 7 days a week, and my endurance and strength is phenomenally better! Thanks to Geno I'm also disciplined now to eat right. “When I was introduced to Geno through a friend, I was out of shape, overweight, had a poor diet and lacked a great deal of energy. With Geno’s training I was transformed into a strong, healthy and fit individual. I have lost over 50 pounds, and have gained self esteem. I also have learned the art of dedication and discipline. I was lazy and not committed to much of anything before I met Geno. I had tried all the weight loss programs out there, but just stopped when I got tired of it. “We have yet to set a goal and not achieve it”
“I had the opportunity to met Geno in September of 1993. My goal at that time was to lift weights just to be in shape as a young man. He taught me how to train and eat the right way. He helped me anyway he can. In June of 2000 I wanted to do my first bodybuilding show. The next show was on November 8th that same year. Everyone told me that was going to be impossible to get ready for a big NPC show in that little time. Geno told me he would get me ready for that show if I only committed myself. Sure enough he was right. He has helped me with my training and diet ever since. I eventually turned pro in only four shows. As he predicted I would. He's knowledge in training and nutrition is unmatched. He's tough and very honest with me. We have yet to set a goal and not achieve it. To me he's family.
