“Training with Geno has really been a life transformation”

"I found Geno and his gym because I live right down the block.  I went to see Geno because I had been diagnosed with a hypo thyroid. I was absolutely exhausted all the time, I gained 20 pounds in 3 months and I was somewhat depressed. I am a very happy person so the combination of all three things was very difficult for me. I also did not want to take a prescription drug to get better. I wanted to get better through nutrition and exercise.
Within 4 months I had lost the weight, had a lot of energy, my attitude was back to being positive and I was getting in great shape! I have been working out with Geno for 2 years now and just couldn't imagine my life without training with him 3 times per week. I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

Training with Geno has really been a life transformation for me. I am a much better person after working out with him, physically as well as emotionally. I worked out with another trainer before and didn't like the way my body looked. Geno really listened to me about what I wanted to look like. He pushes me to be the best that I can be. Sometimes I think he believes in me more than I believe in myself. The gym is such a great atmosphere to be in, people who are there really want to get in shape and are all very friendly and encouraging to each other.

I feel so very blessed to have met Geno. He is an amazing person. His love, passion and compassion for people really makes a difference for those lives that he touches. I am not the same person I was 2 years ago. Geno has become one of my dearest friends. I can talk to him about anything and he always is there to listen to me and give me great advice. Being at the gym has really been a life changing experience for me. I would recommend anyone of any age to train with him. They just need to be prepared to become the best that they can be. Oh yeah and they should fasten their seat belt and prepare for take off.  If more people in the world cared about each other the way he does this world would be a much better place to live in."

"I first had the privilege of meeting Geno 11 years ago by an introduction by a patient. She said that there was this amazing trainer who had the same mindset as I did in relation to positivity and health.  Through hard work and dedication Geno helped me to go from a size 12 to a size 6 within a year. Quite honestly, I got lazy and busy with my own practice, and gained back 20 lbs. I have started training with him using his program and diet and have already lost 2 sizes. I also suffered a near career ending injury after working with the rescue workers after 911. With chiropractic care and a specialized work-out program by Geno I am now near 100% and able to do the work I love to do! Geno is a never ending source of love, support, professionalism and commitment. He is truly and example of one who walks his talk.
